During the environmental test of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, the outdoor room is provided for the environmental test of the outdoor unit. The test chamber can test weather resistance under each environmental condition. In particular, outdoor units test water spray, icing and thermal efficiency.
It is a research facility for the purpose of exploring the optimal human residential environment through air conditioner according to the standard set of KS, JIS, ISO, etc. and can reproduce the temperature and humidity conditions of the four seasons in Korea and other countries around the world. At the same time, it is possible to realize the daily living environment by adjusting irradiation amount with infrared lamp.
The equipment is composed of a model house and an external environment chamber for comprehensive air conditioner test. After the air conditioner is installed inside the model house, it is aimed to evaluate the internal environment performance of the model house and to acquire data on other required performance by region by controlling the cooling and heating program.
The unit artificially simulates various environments such as sunlight, rain, wind, and snow so that the air conditioner can be tested under a variety of complex environmental conditions.
